This notice explains how information submitted through our artist application and recruiting process is used and protected.
Information we collect
We may collect the information you provide in your application, including contact information, work history, service skills, availability, professional references, portfolio or work samples, resume, headshot, social or portfolio links, certifications or licensing information, application acknowledgments, and your electronic signature.
How we use applicant information
We use applicant information to administer recruiting, review qualifications and experience, communicate about interviews and next steps, conduct onboarding when management decides to move forward, maintain recruiting records, protect our systems, and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Human hiring decisions
Employment and contractor selection decisions are made by human management. Software may organize or summarize application information to help management review it, but the system is not intended to make an autonomous hiring or rejection decision.
Who may access the information
Applicant information is limited to authorized management and service providers used to operate our recruiting, communications, document storage, security, and onboarding systems. We do not sell applicant information to advertisers.
Sensitive information
Please do not submit sensitive information that the application does not request. Tax information collected later during onboarding, including W-9 information, is handled through a separate secured process.
Retention and security
We retain recruiting records for business, recruiting, audit, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes as appropriate. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect applicant information, although no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
